The Medical Rescue Posse is actively seeking volunteers who want to help provide emergency medical services to the public. We are recruiting first responders, EMTs, paramedics, nurses and other healthcare professionals. When you join the MRP, you do not have to be certified medically, but a minimal medical knowledge is required - CPR and Basic First Aid.

The Medical Rescue Posse is part of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Posse Program*, and recruits MUST apply and be accepted by the Office prior to becoming a member. If you are interested, the MRP will sponsor you for the Posse Program. Minimal MCSO training will have to be completed, per MCSO policy. Once your Basic Posse training is completed, the MRP will put you through its own "MRP Academy" for new members.

If you would like to see what we do first-hand, please contact us about riding along with one of our teams. We generally work every weekend at the Salt River Recreation Area and Saguaro Lake Marina.
